Garbage IN————->Garbage Out

Unless you are some sort of Athlete or work out every single day like one, eating this garbage is only doing more harm than good. An average person’s system cannot break down all this plastic. What your body can’t or won’t break down will be stored as fat and will keep accumulating. If you care about your health or others you know, stay away from this crap. 
I’m no nutritionist or doctor or in a health profession but my own. Eat what you want. This is just info. Garbage in Garbage out.
